A member meets someone who needs your trade and hands off the job — then logs it in the portal. The referral is tied to the member who sent it, so everyone can see who is actually feeding the room. Nothing is anonymous, and nothing is guessed.

Each profession gets a single seat. When the seat is yours, every plumbing lead in the room is your plumbing lead. No competing for the same referral with three other people who do what you do.

You visit, a member sponsors you, and a committee reviews the fit before you are invited. The bar is simple: would the room stake its reputation on sending you work? That is why the referrals carry weight.
